Workplace Essentials (WE) HIPAA Comprehensive

HIPAA Comprehensive is recommended for members of the workforce who are directly responsible for overseeing HIPAA compliance within their organizations, for example, HIPAA officers, Corporate Compliance officers, and members of Quality Assurance departments.

Kevin M. Kelly is the Director of HIPAA Compliance for the County of Wayne. He has worked for Wayne County since September of 2007. Mr. Kelly is an attorney who was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1986. He received his law degree from Wayne State University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. Mr. Kelly previously practiced law in a small general practice firm, and subsequently acted as chief financial officer of a closely-held corporation.
