Welcome to the Recovery Incentives (RI) Pilot Program course! We are excited to have you join this training cohort dedicated to enhancing treatment strategies for substance use disorders (SUD), specifically Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) or Stimulant Use Disorder (StimUD). This course will provide you with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively implement the RI Pilot, which utilizes contingency management (CM) to enhance treatment outcomes.

In the second session of the core curriculum series, we will delve into essential topics such as beneficiary eligibility criteria, which includes understanding who qualifies for participation based on their Medicaid status and diagnosis of StimUD and/or OUD). We will clarify the roles and responsibilities of providers, ensuring you understand staffing expectations within the program. You’ll learn about the incentive structure, including how incentives are calculated, distributed, and managed through the Incentive Manager platform.

At the conclusion of this training, provider site staff will be able to start the process of identifying site-specific policies, protocols, and implementation plans to ensure a smooth launch of CM services.

As part of this professional group, we encourage active participation and collaboration.
