This course is designed for healthcare professionals, program administrators, and substance use disorder (SUD) staff who seek to enhance their understanding of the RI Pilot Program as they plan to launch services at their clinic. During this interactive course, participants will describe provider site implementation plans and engage in peer-to-peer learning to improve strategies. By the end of this course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to complete a readiness review to implement the RI Pilot Program. 

 

  • Office logistics for launch 
  • Urine Drug Testing (UDT): Provide detailed information on UDT procedures and requirements. 
  • Billing & Reimbursement: Provide guidance on billing and reimbursement procedures for CM services. 
  • Connecting with Beneficiaries: Provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions and share about beneficiary engagement strategies. 
  • Interactivity Opportunities & Next Steps: Provide an opportunity for an activity to apply knowledge and for participants to ask questions and share plans will fellow implementers.
