This course is designed to lead participants through the process of implementing the plan for their communities. Key components of implementation include: choosing evidence-based prevention programs and activities that are based on the results of the assessment, capacity and planning steps, fidelity to and adaptation of the chosen program, and action plan development.
Using Your Assessment, Capacity, and Planning for Implementation
This course is a continuation of the Strategic Prevention Framework focused on the implementation of the previous planning and assessment. This course will provide best practices for implementing your plan and will offer suggestions for the best strategic tactics to use including evidence-based prevention programs. These programs will differ based on the assessment and overall plan.
Implementing Your Strategic Plan
This course has been designed to provide direct care workers with information that is meant to connect all of the previous sections of the SPF and should allow the participants to develop a working knowledge of the framework and implementing it successfully in the target communities.
