Definition:

In Michigan, a department under the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) and the Behavior and Physical Health and Aging Services Administration (BPHASA), the Office of Recovery Oriented Systems of Care oversees the administration of the state's public substance use disorders service network of prevention, treatment, and recovery services. In addition, this office administers the gambling disorder program, which includes education, prevention and treatment services, and a 24-hour help-line.
