Please note: This course is a part of a larger ICCW New Hire Training Series. It can be taken as a standalone course on the IMP site, but it will not progress you towards the ICCW certification. For more information, see the Content/Training-related questions section of this page.

ICCW is an evidence-informed approach to ensure comprehensive coordination and holistic planning for children, youth, young adults and their families with the most intensive needs. This on-demand, three-part orientation series prepares newly hired Care Coordinators to deliver ICCW services. The ICCW New Hire Training Series consists of this on-demand New Hire Orientation, followed by three half-day sessions for ICCW Certification.

Participants are expected to complete all three modules in sequence. Each module must be completed in full before progressing to the next. The orientation introduces the values, structure and practical application of Wraparound and ICCW within Michigan’s System of Care and prepares learners for participation in the three half-day ICCW Certification Training courses that follow.

The ICCW New Hire Training Series includes:

  1. New Hire Orientation (Modules 1, 2 and 3 must be completed before moving on to the live-virtual sessions listed below).
  2. Certification Training (day 1 of the live-virtual training).
  3. Certification Training (day 2 of the live-virtual training).
  4. Certification Training (day 3 of the live-virtual training).

ALL sessions of the training must be completed in order to become ICCW Certified.

This training series is by invitation only. If you believe you need this training, please email the MDHHS Statewide Coordinator for ICCW at MDHHS: WrapAroundTrainings@michigan.gov.
